You can enter and play sweepstakes on iRazoo’s web site at http://www.iRazoo.com.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT BY YOU OF ANY KIND WILL NOT RESULT IN INCREASED CHANCES OF
WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY
To register and be eligible for instant win sweepstakes ("sweepstakes" - these are the prizes/rewards
given out randomly to users who search using the iRazoo system) you must be at least 13 years old AND
have an email account AND have access to the Internet. Sweepstakes are eligible to those who are legal
residents of any country (Unless prohibited by law in your country). The Sweepstakes are subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited. The Sweepstakes
program is a seperate program from the iRazoo Rewards program, which has it's own set of qualification
criteria and can be read on the Terms of Services page at http://www.iRazoo.com/useragreement.aspx
How we select our winners: We have computer generated potential winning times, which
are randomly selected. If you are the first person to perform a search on iRazoo.com
OR vote on a website (using the Yes/No buttons for the question “Do you Recommend
this site”) through the iRazoo.com voting system, at or after a winning time, you
will win a prize. Winning times may not be evenly distributed throughout the Promotional
Period.
By registering on iRazoo’s web site, you agree that you meet these eligibility requirements
and agree to abide by the iRazoo Terms of Service (see our “Terms of Service” link
on the footer of this page to read them). Violating these or other rules may cause
the immediate suspension or cancellation of your account(s), and void your right
to receive any prizes you may have won.
You must register using your real email address. You also may not create accounts
for other people and each new user that you refer must be a unique person who has
not signed up for iRazoo before.

iRAZOO OFFERS THREE WAYS TO WIN PRIZES:
(1) Search and Win a Prize Instantly
Every time you enter a unique search term and click the “Search” button and/or you
vote on a website by clicking the “Yes/No” buttons (These are at the top of the
page when you click on a search result), you become eligible to win a prize (“Instant
Win Prize” or “Prize”). Clicking on sponsored results and/or regular search results
will not result in additional Sweepstakes entries. Winner is responsible for all
taxes.
To accept the prize, you must follow the directions on the page and/or email sent
to you within 30 days of receiving the winning notification. iRazoo will not be
held responsible for interruptions in your Internet service.
(2) Refer a Friend Who Wins Instantly (If the friend whom you referred wins, then
you win the same prize as well!)
If you are a registered iRazoo user who has won a prize and you have a friend who
referred you to the iRazoo.com website through our “Refer a friend” link, then your
friend is also eligible to receive the same prize that you have won as well. You
will both win. It is to your benefit to refer as many friends to iRazoo as possible.
The more friends you refer, the higher your chances are of winning. Also, if any
of your friends you directly referred to iRazoo win a prize, then you will win the
same prize. You and your friend will get an email which will tell both of you which
prize you have won and where to go on the iRazoo website to retrieve that prize
(as long as your friend is eligible to receive the prize). You and your friend will
have 30 days to claim your prize after which the prize will no longer be available.
Again, remember, only the person who invited you to join iRazoo will win the same
prize as you. If you have not been referred to iRazoo by anyone else, then nobody
else will win the prize except for you. Only the person who directly refers you
to the iRazoo website will win if you win, not the person who may have referred
your friend. This also is the same for any person you refer to the iRazoo website.
If the person you directly refer wins a prize, then you will win a prize. If someone
else your friend refers wins a prize, you will NOT win that prize. You will only
win if the people you directly refer win a prize.
(3) Earn Points by Searching on iRazoo and/or Voting on websites (using the iRazoo
voting system) and exchange those points for rewards in the iRazoo catalog (see
“Privacy Policy” and “Terms of Service” for more details). A reward is a product
or service that has been earned through the accumulations of points (“Reward”).
A reward should NOT be confused as the same thing as a Prize. A Prize is a product
or service won instantly through our “Instant Win” system (see Number #1 or Number
#2 directly above for more details).
NO AUTOMATED SYSTEMS
No automated systems of any kind are allowed on the iRazoo website and any use of
any type of automated system will result in instant disqualification and possible
banishment from the iRazoo website. iRazoo may at any time disqualify at its sole
discretion any entries iRazoo believes are created by any type of automated system,
by any non-legitimate use of the iRazoo system including but not limited to irrelevant
searches and/or votes.
Any winner may be required to verify they are the authorized account holder (by
proving they are the legitimate owner of the email address used in registration
verification when they signed up with iRazoo). Winning searches may be subject to
verification and all decisions made by iRazoo regarding verification are lasting
and final. iRazoo reserves the right to first verify your eligibility to win a particular
prize. Any verification that fails the iRazoo screening process will result in a
prize that will not be awarded or honored.
iRazoo is not responsible for a user’s incompatible or non-working computer, software
or internet connection, or a user’s incomplete, invalid, unintelligible entry (which
will be disqualified). Any Giveaway/Sweepstakes may be canceled, suspended and/or
modified, in whole or in part, if in the opinion of iRazoo, any fraud, technical
failure or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning
of the Sweepstakes. iRazoo is NOT responsible for computer malfunctions, network
connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical,
technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in internet service.
You must claim your prize within 30 days, otherwise your prize will not be awarded.
Users participating in the sweepstakes consent to have iRazoo use the winner’s first
and last name and/or their iRazoo userid and/or photograph for promotional purposed
in any media without any further payment or consideration for the winner.
RELEASE
Winner agrees that by receiving any prize, winner will release and hold harmless
iRazoo and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion
agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and
each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the
“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but
not limited to product liability, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of
property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, use of the iRazoo website,
use of any iRazoo partner websites, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize and/or
reward.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
(1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants,
printing errors or by any failure of the equipment or programming associated with
or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical difficulties of any kind, including
but not limited to regular maintenance, software upgrades, addition of new features,
malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware
or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention outside of iRazoo’s control during
any part of the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the
administration of the Sweepstakes; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property
which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s
participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize and/or
reward. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted,
lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry
in the same or a comparable Sweepstakes. No claimant in any dispute involving iRazoo
shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential
damages. Liability of iRazoo on a claim is limited to the value of the Prize in
question.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes
of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, use of the iRazoo website
or any prize awarded or any reward given shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action, and will be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Texas in the Country of the United States in the County
of Harris. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating
to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in
Harris
County
in the State of
Texas
and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for
the purposes of litigating any such action. Any and all claims, judgments and awards
shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated
with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances
will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights
to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other
damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to
have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning
the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstakes
Rules, or your and iRazoo’s rights and obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes,
shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of
Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether
of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application
of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
