Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease a 9×13 inch pan.

Mix your cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each.

Add your vanilla and stir well.

Slowly stir in flour until everything is combined.

Pour your batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 25 minutes and let cool a few moments before cutting into squares.

No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup butter (1 stick)
  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • 3 cups rolled oats

Directions

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and cocoa powder. Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Once the mixture comes to a rolling boil, boil and stir for exactly 1 minute.

Remove pan from heat.

Carefully stir in all remaining ingredients.  Stir well, being sure all of the oats are coated in the chocolate mixture.

Drop tablespoon-sized scoops onto the parchment paper.

Let your cookies dry for 15 minutes to set.

Peanut Butter Cookies

You only need three ingredients to whip up these peanut butter cookies! You can use either chunky or creamy peanut butter. Best of all, these cookies are naturally gluten- and grain-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

Start by preheating your oven. These cookies are really quick, so you want to make sure your oven is ready when you are. Set it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using either a stand mixer or a hand-held one, combine until creamy.

Remove a teaspoon-sized chunk of dough and roll it into a ball.

Place the ball on an ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat until you’ve used all the dough.

Using a fork, carefully flatten each ball. You’ll do this two times on each cookie, making the classic peanut butter cookie criss-cross.

Bake for ten minutes.

Let stand for two minutes and remove from pan.

Cake Mix Cookies

Another three-ingredient winner, this recipe utilizes a cake mix as its base. This makes it really fast to prepare. You can change up the flavor by using different cake mixes. Any kind works for this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 cake mix (18.25 ounce box)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Stir together all of the ingredients. You can use a wooden spoon or a mixer.

Scoop tablespoon sized balls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Leave about an inch between each cookie ball, as they’ll expand as they bake.

Bake for eight minutes, or until you see a bit of browning around the edges.

Let stand for two minutes before removing from pan.

Storing Cookies
